Job Description
The Operations Manager will play a central role in driving strategic and operational excellence across the organization. The role requires close collaboration with the CEO and senior executives to shape long-term business strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure flawless execution of company-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Work with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals.

Provide insights on long-term strategy, operational initiatives, and expansion opportunities.

Coordinate executive schedules to prioritize and execute business strategies effectively.

Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate operational performance and progress.

Represent the CEO at meetings, providing updates, feedback, and strategic support.

Oversee strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.

Conduct operational analysis and provide actionable insights to improve company performance.

Support and supervise special projects and high-impact initiatives.

Identify inefficiencies in business processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce cost.

Manage requests, queries, and communications efficiently.

Facilitate decision-making, program oversight, and smooth execution of initiatives.

Optimize internal processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven experience leading operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong decision-making and strategic planning capabilities.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.

Ability to drive change, lead improvement initiatives, and champion operational excellence.
Salary
₦400,000 – ₦500,000 Monthly.
