Job Description
The HSE Coordinator will support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategy across all site operations. Working closely with the HSE Manager and operational teams, the role involves ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations, fostering a strong safety culture, and driving best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) laws and regulations.

Develop, manage, and update HSE policies, procedures, systems, and records across all operations.

Conduct regular site surveillance, walk-rounds, audits, and compliance checks.

Advise management and employees on HSE-related matters in daily operations.

Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs for staff, contractors, and stakeholders on hazard identification, emergency response, and risk control.

Ensure environmental and health monitoring is carried out in line with company policy.

Work with process owners to develop and implement Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Record, investigate, and analyze all accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Manage safety and environmental observation programs and ensure effective preventive controls are implemented.

Collaborate with other safety personnel to ensure uniform HSE practices in line with industry best standards.

Promote environmental compliance, energy efficiency, and conservation initiatives across the organization.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Health & Safety.
