Reports to: Finance & Admin Manager
Responsibilities

Maintain and update accounting records in line with IFRS and internal policies.

Manage bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger updates.

Support budgeting processes, monitoring, and variance analysis.

Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.

Assist in internal and external audits with accurate documentation.

Provide financial insights to support management decisions.

Handle tax administration including VAT, WHT, PAYE, and CIT filings.

Ensure timely statutory reporting to regulators.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Professional certification: ACA or final-stage ICAN candidate.

2–3 years relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property services.

Strong understanding of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Must be 30 years old or below.
Salary: ₦3,000,000 per annum
