Elipse International Limited, a fully indigenous Nigerian company specializing in mining, exploration, mineral processing, and export operations, is recruiting for a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The company, originally established in 2008 and incorporated in 2013, operates under the ELIPSE GROUP and is driven by a team of seasoned professionals with extensive expertise in the Mining and Metallurgical sector.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all company-wide financial planning, reporting, and statutory compliance.

Supervise budgeting processes, financial forecasting, internal controls, and investment strategies.

Drive fundraising initiatives, including debt and equity financing, and maintain strong investor relations.

Strengthen financial operations across all divisions, including mineral buying centers.

Provide strategic financial advisory to the CEO and Board, supporting growth, expansion, and long-term positioning.

Manage corporate finance functions, capital allocation, risk, and banking relationships.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Master’s Degree (MBA / Finance) is an added advantage.

Professional certifications required: ICAN, ACCA, or CFA.
Experience
-
10–15 years progressive financial experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.

Direct experience in Mining, Manufacturing, Energy, or other heavy industrial sectors.

Proven expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, corporate finance, and risk management.

Experience managing multi-branch operations and complex regulatory/compliance structures.

Strong track record in fundraising, investor engagement, and securing strategic financial partnerships.
Required Skills

Extensive knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance systems.

Strong analytical skills, including forecasting and financial modeling.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Ability to collaborate effectively with the CEO, Board, regulators, and investors.
