Job Summary

The Marketer will drive visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement for Adron Homes’ property offerings. This role involves a mix of field activation and digital marketing efforts to attract potential buyers, strengthen brand presence, and support the sales team in achieving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and promote Adron Homes’ real estate products to new and existing clients.

  • Conduct field marketing activities including community activations, roadshows, door-to-door outreach, and territory campaigns.

  • Execute online marketing tasks such as social media promotions, content posting, messaging, and lead generation.

  • Identify and engage potential clients through referrals, networking, and direct inquiries.

  • Support sales executives by providing qualified leads and helping to nurture prospects.

  • Participate in strategic meetings, marketing trainings, and team planning sessions.

  • Manage distribution of flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.

  • Attend open house events and coordinate site inspections with prospects.

  • Document daily field activities, leads, and feedback accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of OND or SSCE with strong sales/marketing experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confidence in engaging prospects and articulating company offerings.

  • Real estate marketing experience or passion for the industry is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with social media marketing is preferred.

  • Self-driven, persuasive, and able to meet targets under pressure.

  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance.

  • Must reside in any of the following areas: Lekki, Ikate, Jakande, Ajah, Sangotedo, Oniru, Victoria Island, Surulere, CMS, Broad Street, Agungi.
