Job Title: Technology Delivery Expert

Role Overview
The Technology Delivery Expert will serve as the technical and delivery lead for all technology initiatives moving into production. This role requires a seasoned full-stack developer with strong solution architecture capabilities, deep knowledge of information security, and hands-on experience delivering financial services platforms.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end software delivery, provide technical direction to development teams, and ensure projects are delivered securely, on time, and in line with business objectives. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

Provide technical direction and oversight across all technology projects

Review and approve solution architectures, frameworks, and implementation approaches

Conduct code reviews and guide teams through complex technical challenges

Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, deployment, and system maintenance
Project Management & Delivery
-
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects transitioning into production

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
-
Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies
Information Security & Compliance

Embed information security best practices throughout the project lifecycle

Work closely with security and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS and GDPR
Stakeholder & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders

Ensure clear communication, expectation alignment, and delivery transparency
Performance Metrics & Reporting

Define delivery metrics and monitor project performance

Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a full-stack software developer, with strong solution architecture expertise

Proven experience delivering large-scale technology projects, preferably within fintech or financial services

Strong knowledge of information security practices and regulatory compliance

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures
-
Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks such as Java, JavaScript, Python, React Native, or .NET

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
-
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Proven experience leading technology teams of at least 10 members

Salary
₦1,000,000 – ₦2,500,000 monthly.
