Job Description
The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust quality management system that ensures all products meet client requirements and international standards. This role involves close collaboration with factory managers, quality inspectors, and the Quality Director to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control system from material entry to product release.

Ensure all products undergo proper inspection and comply with customer specifications before release.

Assign qualified quality inspectors to appropriate checkpoints for optimal coverage.

Provide monthly performance reports and key quality indicators to the Quality Director.

Share best practices and lessons learned across factory operations to improve performance.

Lead root cause analyses for customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

10–12 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and team management abilities.
Salary
₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month.
