Role Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Executive, Operations to join our growing team in Lagos.
In this high-impact role, you will work directly with the CEO and People Team to design, automate, and scale the company’s operating systems—turning strategy into action with AI-first execution.
Your core mandate is operational leverage: compressing cycle times, removing friction, and ensuring every team operates with clarity, speed, and precision.
You’ll sit within the Office of the CEO, serving as a force multiplier for leadership and architecting the systems that make Curacel radically more productive.

Key Responsibilities

Design and scale Curacel’s Operating System: Define OKRs, leadership cadences, decision logs, dashboards, and review cycles.

Automate workflows: Deploy LLM-based agents, copilots, and internal automations that eliminate manual tasks across GTM, Operations, Finance, and Product.

Map and redesign core processes: Identify bottlenecks, rebuild workflows for speed and reliability, and apply automation wherever possible.

Lead strategic initiatives: Plan, resource, execute, and close out cross-functional projects with data-driven reviews and learnings.

Optimize CEO and leadership operations: Manage executive agenda, communication rhythms, and decision-tracking systems to ensure momentum and accountability.

Deploy data-driven dashboards: Build self-serve, always-current dashboards tracking company health, KPIs, and performance indicators.

Own vendor and tool management: Select, implement, and maintain AI tools across n8n, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Jira, and other productivity platforms.
AI and Automation Expertise You’ll Bring

LLM Applications: Proficiency with prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs, and retrieval methods.

Agentic Workflows: Experience designing AI agents with guardrails, human-in-the-loop processes, and automated incident handling.

Automation Platforms: Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Metabase, and n8n.

Data Reliability: Ability to define success metrics, test automation accuracy, and monitor performance drift.
Data and Decision-Making Focus

Build a single source of truth for goals, metrics, and blockers.

Define KPI trees for top workflows and publish weekly performance deltas.

Use BI tools to analyze operational efficiency and recommend tactical adjustments.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience defining metrics and managing multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with Agile frameworks or equivalent project management systems.
