Position Overview
We’re seeking a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Associate who can design, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
If you live and breathe analytics, understand digital marketing trends, and love crafting strategies that convert — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage growth-focused marketing campaigns to boost user sign-ups, engagement, and retention.

Optimize digital marketing funnels through A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback.

Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.

Monitor performance data to uncover insights and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand goals.

Track and report key growth metrics such as conversion rates, CAC, retention, and ROI.

Identify and leverage influencer and partnership opportunities to expand market reach.

Qualifications & Skills

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or related roles.

Proficiency in analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.).

Solid grasp of SEO, SEM, and social media strategy.

Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management abilities.

Creative thinker with strong analytical skills — able to turn ideas into measurable growth.
