Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with solid experience in real estate finance and accounting. The successful candidate will oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Develop budgets and forecasts, monitor variances, and provide performance insights.

Conduct financial analysis of property investments, including ROI and cash flow projections.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and adherence to regulatory requirements.
